Training Ground Rentals

All rentals must have at least one ACC instructor present the entire time of rental at a cost of $65 per hour. Use of Live fire props requires proper staffing of all 4, NFPA 1403 Live Fire Instructor positions. The Minimum 1 ACC instructor will fill one of those positions. If the renting department cannot fill the required positions then each additional needed instructor is $45 per hour.

 

NFPA compliant Fire Engine or Ladder Truck, $125 per hour added to the hour meter (minimum 1 hour, rounded up to nearest half hour). Includes use of all NFPA compliant equipment, not specifically listed on this pricing list.

 

NFPA compliant SCBA compressor (4500 PSI) $125 per hour added to the hour meter (minimum 1 Hour, rounded up to the nearest half hour).

 

NFPA 1403 Compliant Class A Burn Building, $500 per burn room used, price includes class A burning materials. (1st floor burn room and/or 2nd floor burn room)

 

NFPA 1403 Compliant Class B Fuel Oil and Pressurized gas props. $500 per prop used includes propane. Props available are Car Fire Simulator, Liquid Fuel Spill, Propane Tree, House Propane tank with spill pan.

 

Variable Pitch Roof Vent Simulator, 3 available types, price is per simulator used and includes wood. $350

 

Non-Variable Pitch Roof Vent Simulators, 2 pitches available, price is per simulator, price includes wood. $450

 

NFPA compliant 1403 Class A Flashover simulator, includes classroom lecture on fire behavior and 2 burn rotations. $500

 

Forced Entry door prop, 2 different props Available, includes wood used in prop, $350

 

Use of building for Ropes and Repelling (department must supply rope and rigging) is the hourly cost of the instructor only. $65 per hour
