The Adult Workforce Education Emergency Services Telecommunications Program begins in June—apply now! Prepare for high-demand public safety careers as a 911 Dispatcher, Emergency Medical Dispatcher (EMD), or Telecommunicator. This hands-on program develops essential skills in call-taking, radio communication, emergency protocols, and crisis management, equipping you to succeed in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Graduates are career-ready for dispatch and communications roles, with pathways into Emergency Management, Criminal Justice, Fire Science, and EMS.
